ALL
IS POSSIBLE FOR A BELIEVER!
Do you remember how
the disciples of Yeshua could not cure one man?
Matt 17:14 And when they were come to the multitude, there came to him a
[certain] man, kneeling down to him, and saying,
Matt 17:15 Lord, have mercy on my son: for he is lunatick, and sore vexed: for
ofttimes he falleth into the fire, and oft into the water.
Matt 17:16 And I brought him to thy disciples, and they could not cure him.
Matt 17:17 Then Jesus answered and said, O faithless and perverse generation,
how long shall I be with you? how long shall I suffer you? bring him hither to
me.
Matt 17:18 And Jesus rebuked the devil; and he departed out of him: and the
child was cured from that very hour.
Matt 17:19 Then came the disciples to Jesus apart, and said, Why could not we
cast him out?
Matt 17:20 And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say
unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this
mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall
be impossible unto you.
Matt 17:21 Howbeit this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting.
What cause was that the disciples couldn't cast out the
devil? "... Because of your unbelief..." It was an answer of
Yeshua (Jesus). Even faith as a grain of
mustard seed can move a mountain! Nothing shall be impossible for a
believer!
A woman who was diseased with an issue of blood twelve years touched tzitzit
(fringes in the borders of the garments). She had faith that she
will recover. And she recovered!
Matt 9:20 And, behold, a woman, which was diseased with an issue of blood
twelve years, came behind [him], and touched the hem of his garment:
Matt 9:21 For she said within herself, If I may but touch his garment, I shall
be whole.
Matt 9:22 But Jesus turned him about, and when he saw her, he said, Daughter,
be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made
whole from that hour.
Tzitzit remind about mitzvot (the commandments) of Hashem and about that we need to fulfil them. We can read about tzitzit in Torah: ''Speak unto the children of Israel, and bid them that they make them fringes in the borders of their garments throughout their generations, and that they put upon the fringe of the borders a ribband of blue: And it shall be unto you for a fringe, that ye may look upon it, and remember all the commandments of the LORD, and do them; and that ye seek not after your own heart and your own eyes, after which ye use to go a whoring: That ye may remember, and do all my commandments, and be holy unto your God. I [am] the LORD your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: I [am] the LORD your God.'' (Numb 15:38-41)
The centurion asked Yeshua to speak the word only, and he believed this word will heal his servant. Yeshua said: ''Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel. ''
''The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed. For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to this [man], Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth [it]. When Jesus heard [it], he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel. And I say unto you, That many shall come from the east and west, and shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven. But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. And Jesus said unto the centurion, Go thy way; and as thou hast believed, [so] be it done unto thee. And his servant was healed in the selfsame hour.'' (Matt 8:8-13)
A woman of Canaan had big faith too. Thanks to her faith her daughter was cured!
Matt 15:22
And, behold, a woman of Canaan came out of the same coasts, and cried unto him,
saying, Have mercy on me, O Lord, [thou] Son of David; my daughter is
grievously vexed with a devil.
Matt 15:23 But he answered her not a word. And his disciples came and
besought him, saying, Send her away; for she crieth after us.
Matt 15:24 But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost
sheep of the house of Israel.
Matt 15:25 Then came she and worshipped him, saying, Lord, help me.
Matt 15:26 But he answered and said, It is not meet to take the
children's bread, and to cast [it] to dogs.
Matt 15:27 And she said, Truth, Lord: yet the dogs eat of the crumbs
which fall from their masters' table.
Matt 15:28 Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great [is] thy
faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. And her daughter was made whole from
that very hour.
One man was blind. And his faith helped him!
Mark 10:46 And
they came to Jericho: and as he went out of Jericho with his disciples and a
great number of people, blind Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus, sat by the
highway side begging.
Mark 10:47 And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to
cry out, and say, Jesus, [thou] Son of David, have mercy on me.
Mark 10:48 And many charged him that he should hold his peace: but he
cried the more a great deal, [Thou] Son of David, have mercy on me.
Mark 10:49 And Jesus stood still, and commanded him to be called. And
they call the blind man, saying unto him, Be of good comfort, rise; he calleth thee.
Mark 10:50 And he, casting away his garment, rose, and came to Jesus.
Mark 10:51 And Jesus answered and said unto him, What wilt thou that I
should do unto thee? The blind man said unto him, Lord, that I might receive my
sight.
Mark 10:52 And Jesus said unto him, Go thy way; thy faith hath made thee
whole. And immediately he received his sight, and followed Jesus in the way.
One woman who was a sinner ''brought an alabaster box of ointment,
And stood at his feet behind [him] weeping, and began to wash his feet with tears, and did wipe [them] with the hairs of her head, and kissed his feet, and anointed [them] with the ointment.'' And her faith helped her!
Luk 7:37 And,
behold, a woman in the city, which was a sinner, when she knew that [Jesus] sat
at meat in the Pharisee's house, brought an alabaster box of ointment,
Luk 7:38 And stood at his feet behind [him] weeping, and began to wash
his feet with tears, and did wipe [them] with the hairs of her head, and kissed
his feet, and anointed [them] with the ointment.
Luk 7:39 Now when the Pharisee which had bidden him saw [it], he spake
within himself, saying, This man, if he were a prophet, would have known who
and what manner of woman [this is] that toucheth him: for she is a sinner.
Luk 7:40 And Jesus answering said unto him, Simon, I have somewhat to say
unto thee. And he saith, Master, say on.
Luk 7:41 There was a certain creditor which had two debtors: the one owed
five hundred pence, and the other fifty.
Luk 7:42 And when they had nothing to pay, he frankly forgave them both.
Tell me therefore, which of them will love him most?
Luk 7:43 Simon answered and said, I suppose that [he], to whom he forgave
most. And he said unto him, Thou hast rightly judged.
Luk 7:44 And he turned to the woman, and said unto Simon, Seest thou this
woman? I entered into thine house, thou gavest me no water for my feet: but she
hath washed my feet with tears, and wiped [them] with the hairs of her head.
Luk 7:45 Thou gavest me no kiss: but this woman since the time I came in
hath not ceased to kiss my feet.
Luk 7:46 My head with oil thou didst not anoint: but this woman hath
anointed my feet with ointment.
Luk 7:47 Wherefore I say unto thee, Her sins, which are many, are
forgiven; for she loved much: but to whom little is forgiven, [the same] loveth
little.
Luk 7:48 And he said unto her, Thy sins are forgiven.
Luk 7:49 And they that sat at meat with him began to say within
themselves, Who is this that forgiveth sins also?
Luk 7:50 And he said to the woman, Thy faith hath saved thee; go in
peace.
