Messiah Yeshua gave the Great Commission to His talmidim:

lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen. (Matt. 28:19-20)
Go ye therefore, and teach - this commission was known to Jews ok. In Israel in that time were the walking rabbis who teached Torah.
Talmidim of Yeshua were to go and teach people about Messiah Yeshua without canceling Torah, TaNaCH:
